There are two types of Jews: Sephardic and Ashkenazi
Sephardic Jews are non European Jews, mainly from Spain, where the origin of the word is coming from, and the Middle East, at least their historical origin, they are the Hebrew Jews.
Ashkenazi Jews are European Jews, largely from Eastern Europe; they are the Jews that have mainly migrated to the U.S. and Western Europe, 1880-1900’s, after facing much discrimination in East Europe.

Interesting... Interesting
Something I learned today:
Salts, such as regular table salt (Sodium Chloride or NaCl) or calcium chloride (CaCl2) are the results of neutralization reactions with acids or bases. They are composed of both an anion, or positive ion (in salt this is the sodium atom, Na+) and a negative cation (the chlorine atom, Cl-). As a whole, they are electrically neutral but allow a charge to be carried across a liquid when dissolved, which is why they are called electrolytes.
So, when you hear about some drink or energy bar containing "electrolytes" all that really means is that there is some salt (or maybe a few different kinds) added. Your body does need the Na+ ions, as well as potassium (K+, often from KCL) to properly conduct neural activity, though unless you're a marathoner or are doing two-a-days, your normal diet is enough to replenish these nutrients.
